The units are soundproof, new-fashioned with the second flour-one big balcony facing the endless blue of the Aegean and bathroom plus nuce terrace.

Everything was really good, charming small hotel, the location was peaceful very close to areas closer to Chania and the beach with a great view.

The staff - fairly friendly and incredibly nice. Soundproof, huge room with a big bed. Inclusive breakfast with a huge variety of options to choose from. Location near to 2 buses, restaurant and many different areas.

Beds were a bit hard.

We had a family junior suite which was modern and brand-new. Had very well kept facilities, such as a TV set and free Wi-Fi.

My room was immaculately clean with all comforts, had smoke detectors for safety measures. Coffee & tea making machines and a fridge were very handy...

The staff at Silver Beach Hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. They even sent sandwiches to our room and helped with our luggage. The newly added pool and family suite were both spacious and well-maintained, and the restaurant had great seating options both inside and out. The attention to detail and warm welcome made us feel right at home, and we will definitely be returning in the future. The beach was clean and the hotel's location provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

I took an 8 days stay at the hotel because I really liked the pictures I saw plus the fact that its very-very close to the beach.Eveything was true plus that it was quiet despite having some couples with kids.It was about 400 meters from the bus station that can take you everywhere.Especially given the bad state of roads in Crete(Chania prefecture)we really liked to move by bus driven by experienced locals than us.The breakfast was of good quality and plenty but I whould prefer more local recipes(given that the hotel has lots of non greek tourists I understand that this might be a little difficult since not everyone tries or likes the local kitchen-i love it by the way).The staff-Hi ms ειρηνη-was great.Me and my wife really enjoyed our stay.

I had an amazing time staying at Silver Beach Hotel & Apartments. The location was perfect for sightseeing, and I highly recommend renting a car to explore the area. The staff, especially Irini, were incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist with any needs. The accommodation was pristine, with fresh bedding every two days. The all-inclusive package catered to everyone, although I wish there had been a better selection of drinks included. However, the lunchbox I received one day was delicious, with fresh fruit, water. The highlight of my stay was being invited to the hotel's family Easter celebration BBQ. It was a kind gesture that made my experience even more special. I had a fantastic stay at Silver Beach Hotel & Apartments. Keep up the excellent work!

The staff is very helpful and top-class, and the host too. The room is well-organised and new-fashioned with all comforts. The breakfasts are inclusive and marvellous with also healthy options and numerous options and fresh vegetables.
